A component position file for PCB populating can be generated using 'Reports' within DesignSpark PCB. Launch the reports dialog from Output - Reports Select the required file (left click to highlight) from the options shown and click 'Run' to generate the CSV file. The second option will generate a text file. In this way, you can create a PDF version from any file which can be printed. Just open the file with a reader, click the 'print' button, choose the virtual PDF printer and click 'print'. If you have a reader for the PCB file, and if the reader can print the file, then you can convert the file to a PDF. You can use these modules to modify different elements of your PCB, such as layers, reference points, and object properties. The program includes other features such as self defined commands, simulation, and data import and export functionality. Install a universal file viewer like File Magic (Download) and see if it will open your PCB file.
